FOR INTERNATIONAL & CASH BASIS PATIENTS

OUR STAFF WILL PREPARE A SINGLE STATEMENT CLEARLY IDENTIFYING THE CHARGES FOR ALL HOSPITAL AND PHYSICIAN SERVICES RELATING TO YOUR ANTICIPATED TREATMENT in the event that you and your physician determine that treatment at one of the Neurosurgical Consultants' hospital facilities is appropriate.

We recognize that it can be difficult to think about financial matters when considering medical treatment and care. However, knowing what to expect at the beginning, and understanding the payment and billing process, can help eliminate surprises.

HOPEFULLY, COST WOULD NOT STAND IN THE WAY OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE LEVEL OF NEUROSURGICAL CARE OFFERED BY OUR SURGEONS AND NEUROSCIENCE TEAM. You need the best, not the least expensive Neurosurgeon available. For many patients this is a matter of FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Neurosurgical Consultants and the physicians (anesthesiologist, internist, intensive care medical specialist, etc) as well as the hospital facility generally require full payment prior to being admitted to a hospital for Neurosurgical treatment. PAYMENT PLANS THAT SUIT A PATIENT'S INDIVIDUAL SITUATIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM OUR BUSINESS OFFICE.

We accept payment in the form of a major Credit Card, Traveler's Check, Certified or Cashier's Check, and Wire Transfer. Wire Transfer payments must be received 72 hours prior to treatment. (Neurosurgical Consultants and the Medical Center adhere to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service's reporting guidelines.)

We understand and are sensitive to these issues. OUR TEAM IS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE THE TREATMENT THAT YOU NEED AVAILABLE TO YOU.
